The Isaac Van Wart Chapter of the NS Daughters of the American Revolution met recently at Wild Willy’s Restaurant (in the Presidential Room) in Van Wert OH for a regular meeting. Regent Deb Hardeman conducted the meeting where, among other things, Robin Kill went over the plans for the 2026 Celebration of the 250th birthday of the American Revolution planned for Van Wert County. The IVWDAR members plan to participate and ordered t-shirts to wear on the parade float that the committee is preparing. Following the meeting, Sheila Baltzell-Linn gave an informative talk on the Marshallese population in Mercer County and surrounding counties. Photos were submitted by a member.
